  1. Sound->Beep™ is a program which converts old Soundcap files into 'snd ' resources. Run Sound->Beep™, and you will be prompted to select the SoundCap file to convert. Then you will be prompted for the name of the file to place the 'snd ' resource in. Then you can use ResEdit to put the 'snd ' resource into your System file, and use it the standard beep, or as a sound for SoundOff ][™, described above.
